With over 25 years in practice, Marc Rosendorf, Attorney, has represented many national, regional and local companies and individuals in their real estate and legal transactions. Mr. Rosendorf and his family have been active in civic and business affairs in the region since the 1930s.
Mr. Rosendorf is an active member of associations and networking groups including the Olney Chamber of Commerce, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the University of Maryland Alumni Association.
A native of Washington, DC, Marc received his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland and law degree at The Catholic University of America.
Mr. Rosendorf was formerly associated with Hirschel, Savitz, Parker & Hollman, a national leader in commercial retail real estate law. He served as Senior Counsel for Lerner Corporation, a commercial real estate development and management company and owner of the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball Club.
Mr. Rosendorf also served as attorney in the Baltimore offices of Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, and Corporate Legal Counsel for the Ratner Companies, McLean, Va., the largest privately held hair salon company worldwide, with brands including Hair Cuttery, Bubbles and Salon Ciela.
Marc Rosendorf enjoys reading up on the latest commercial real estate industry news, watching his University of Maryland Terrapins sports teams and spending time with his loving wife and children.
